General description:

     Stevioside as a new sweetener, can be widely used in all kinds of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industry. We can say for products which contain sugar, almost all of them, we can use stevioside to partially replace sucrose or all replace saccharin and chemical synthesis sweeteners. Stevioside who’s purity is mare than 80％ is white crystallize and powder, the hygroscopicity is not good. It is soluble in water, alcohol, sucrose, fructose, glucose and maltose, and when mixed with them. It’s not only pure in flavor but also thick in sweet. This kind of Stevioside is bad in heat resistance and should be light proofed, it’s easy to deposit with PH between 3～10.
