Before design,try to do sample test and technical personnel designs scientificly and reasonably according to user's specific requirements combinated with the actual experiment situation,then prepare equipment manufacturing process card.

（3）Finished product which can be installed in plant and activation,should be inspection in inside factory, to examination start-up commissioning. only qualified products may be dispatched from factory.the products which cannot be installed in inside factory, must be strict inspection in stages and finish installation and commissioning success in the consumer factory ,then issue inspection certificate.
