Take the nitrogen as the conduction and heat transfer medium, realize not only drying material which contain organic solvent suspension or is the thick liquid or viscous tubular shape but also recycle the solvent in pharmacy, biochemical, chemical,etc,areas. It has the advantages of low consumption ,energy saving and emission reduction. Adopt the closed-circulation technology, take the nitrogen as the conduction and heat transfer medium,the machine can realize drying material which contain organic solvent liquid, at the same time, take condensing cooling technology, it can realize recycling solvent.for improving the unit capacity of dry strength and drying production , the unit use gas flow spray drying technology---- liquid materials (solid content is 50%) is transported to the gas flow gun in the spray drying tower by peristaltic pump in drying process, (spray gun can be set 3-7 nozzle according to production capacity requirements)in there liquid material is atomization into droplets.and heat transfer with gas from up to down, heat convection contact and exchange each other, instantaneously can achieve the purpose of dry wet.Receiving finished products in the bottom, superheating gases is eduction in drying tower below by the circulation fan, the solid gas is separated by separator.solid powder materials which entrainmentedin in overheated air , cutting by whirlwind role of gas separator, settlement to separator bottom, then the receiving.Superheating gases twice go into the nitrogen counter blowing precipitator, realize the collection of materials which entrainment in gas.Waste gases into condenser, by cooling medium (condensation temperature is 3℃) condensation, and to realize the organic solvent recovery.Circulatory system by nitrogen complement, realize a new round of nitrogen closed-circuit circulation drying production to meet the above relevant industry industrialized production needs.
Considering inflammable and explosive characteristics of organic solvent,the unit adoptes on-line observe oxygen, overpressure bleeder and explosion-proof, explosion venting panel and other security technology means, through intelligent control technology to realize monitoring of oxygen and air pressure balance, automatic adjust control.When the air (oxygen)in the system discharge rate is more than 0.9 percent (v/v), detected oxygen device will give control system instructions to open the supplement valve to put nitrogen into the system until the fresh nitrogen oxygen residues returned to safety value range
