        Along with the rapid development of the global new energy, new materials, the new battery material also has become an emerging field which used belong to the widely used storage battery fields , and it developed fast in recent years , the production process badly needs to accomplish revolutionary auxiliary equipment  and the battery material special equipment developed by us also arises at the historic moment.

　　 Aiming at the relevant features of the battery (electromagnetic) materials (lithium iron phosphate, ternary materials, etc.) ,our company developed two big dry serie one is SZG double conical revolving vacuum dryer the other is FZG quadrate vacuum static dryer.we also developed high efficiecy recycle equipment which used to recycle solvent. After the numerous customers practical application, sufficient data shows: the equipment not only can fully meet the product drying requirements and has stable quality, but also has remarkable performance and high efficiency in solvent recovery
　    The system contains heating system, thermal circulation system and drying system, dust filtrating system, the solvent recovery system, vacuum system.

Working principle：

        Raw materials is sent to the dry tank body by pump, at the same time, heating medium is also sent to dryer heating interlayer through a pipeline pump. raw material get heat from the tower body wall,then be heated.moisture is gradually taken away by the vacuum system action,so that achieve the dry purpose; In raw material close to drying stages, to prevent part of powder is take out by vuccam pump,we design the special bag filter for collection. Organic solvents which contained in the material is secondary condensing by the special condenser, make integral recovery over 95%.

Advantages:
　　 The drying process in negative pressure conditions, so even contain organic solvents medium, but the process is still very safe, and the drying speed is fast, each drying time is about four hours; the drying process is under decompression condition , and the seting drying temperature is lower, vacuum pump always continues to work, so product quality is stability, we also design the special bag filter, so no dust float in the sky, Secondary condensing unit of large area cooling, solvent recovery rate is high, heating device can use hot water, steam, heat conduction oil , it’s easy to unpick and clean the special bag filter unpick; less driveline parts in the whole set and not to work on the strong load conditions, so equipment life is long.
